Wanna Return Your 80s Kiddo Item? No Problem, Dude!
For all your general inquiries or if you need help with your order, hit us up at info@80skiddo.com. We're here to help you faster than a lighting (might be in another planet though and take a bit more time).
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for All You Rad Customers in the UK and Beyond!
We've got a 14-day return policy, which means you've got two weeks to decide if your new gear is more "Saved by the Bell" or "Punky Brewster." Just make sure you request a return within that time frame!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To kick off a return, drop us a line at info@80skiddo.com. Remember, sending items back without a return request is a major bummer and won't be accepted. You're responsible for getting the items back to us safely, so pack them up like they're your favourite mixtape! You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items, and the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure that you include an order reference, email address, postcode, or despatch note that we can use to locate your order. If this is not included, we can't make any refund.
Heads Up: We can only refund the cost of the products you purchased, not the shipping cost from your original order. Bummer, we know, but them's the breaks!
No Returns or Refunds for the Following Epic Fails:
- You entered the wrong address. (But don't worry, if you catch it before we ship, we can fix it!)
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You forgot to use a promo code. (D'oh!)
- The product is damaged or altered in any way.
- It has been over 14 days since you received your item.
We reserve the right to say "no can do" to returns if they don't meet our righteous standards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Sorry, but we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then simply place a new order or request a credit for your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
